Kale Chips:
For a quick snack for on-the- go (and easy to make) I suggest Kale Chips. All you need is a bunch organic kale, organic olive oil, and some all natural sea salt (add chopped garlic, for those who like garlic). Turn the oven to 350, chop the kale into bite size pieces, drizzle with some olive oil, and season with salt and chopped garlic. Bake until the edges turn light brown (make sure not to over bake).Cooking time is approx. 10-15 minutes. ┬áThese healthy tasty snacks are a must have for anyone who can’t escape the conventional chip, or cheesie desire. They are also a fantastic snack for your toddler or kids.
